General Terms and Conditions

1. You hereby consent to Resorts World at Sentosa Pte Ltd (“RWS”) to collect, use and disclose your personal data acquired, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and RWS’s data protection policy (available at RWS’s website https://www.rwsentosa.com/en/legal-information):

a. processing and confirming your booking, including to contact you in relation to this booking;

b. verifying your identity for the purposes of this booking;

c. responding to, handling, and processing queries, requests and feedback from you in relation to this booking;

d. processing payment or credit transactions for the booking;

e. complying with any applicable laws, regulations, codes of practice, guidelines, or rules, or to assist in law enforcement and investigations conducted by any governmental and/or regulatory authority, related to this booking;

f. transmitting to any unaffiliated third parties including our third party service providers and agents, and relevant governmental and/or regulatory authorities, whether in Singapore or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes related to this booking; and

g. any other incidental business purposes related to or in connection with the above, related to this booking.

2. Please note that all completed and confirmed transactions CANNOT BE CANCELLED, REFUNDED OR AMENDED. 

3. RWS reserves the right to amend, delete and/or add to these terms and conditions without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

4. RWS reserves the right to cancel or modify order where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the order contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

5. RWS reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range. RWS undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after definite registration of the order. In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, RWS undertakes to inform you of this fact as quickly as possible by email. The order shall be automatically cancelled and you will be reimbursed within 30 days at the latest following full settlement of the amount paid, except where you expressly wish to switch your order to a substitute product advised by RWS. You agree and acknowledge that no penalty shall be applied for such cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by you shall be conclusive, and you waive all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from RWS.
